Il propose un am\u00e9nagement sportif mixte incluant un skatepark, un terrain de basket \u00ab streetball \u00bb ainsi qu\u2019un espace public. Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments architecturaux tels que gradins et pyramides permettent au skatepark et au terrain de basket de se c\u00f4toyer ais\u00e9ment au sein de la zone donn\u00e9e. Le deck pi\u00e9ton dessert les diff\u00e9rentes zones, il permet \u00e0 la fois un passage direct \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00eelot et am\u00e8ne l\u2019usager \u00e0 exploiter les lieux propices \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente. L\u2019\u00eelot est un syst\u00e8me autonome qui dialogue avec le centre sportif.
